Arts En Avant collects your billing name, address, email address, and phone number. You might provide the name of a registered non-adult student. You might provide credit card information during checkout.
How the information is used
Personal information collected is retained for class registration and billing records purposes. The name provided of a non-adult student is retained for class registration purposes. Credit card information is securely passed to a third party payments processor. Credit card information is not stored by Arts En Avant. Arts En Avant stores a transaction code returned by the payments processor for every transaction. Arts En Avant will use your registration information to permit access to classes, donors may be added to a donor list, and your email may be used for occasional emails regarding Arts En Avant activities. Your personal information may be stored after you no longer receive services from Arts En Avant.
Information shared
Arts En Avant does not share your information with any outside party other than the information needed to process a payment transaction. Arts En Avant will not sell, rent, transmit, or knowingly disclose your information to any outside party.
Opt Out of marketing related email
You may opt out of Arts En Avant email sent for activities awareness and marketing by sending an email to opt-out@artsenavant.org with the subject OPT-OUT. Arts En Avant will do our best to comply with your request.
